When you contact us, we normally:

Put you directly in touch with one of our qualified real estate professionals to discuss your goals so we can get an understanding of your situation. If that person is unavailable at the time of your call, you can expect a return phone call or email within 24 hours.

Prior to our first meeting, you may wish to view a Hutton Real Estate Neighbourhood Sales Report (and a Market Appraisal Report for your existing home if necessary) on the area you are interested in. The report(s) will provide you with key information on property prices.

The first meeting (in person, over the phone or by email) is all about fact finding (both for you and for us). We will quickly become intimately familiar with your situation, as well as your requirements, reasons for wanting to buy, expectations and concerns. We will also answer all your questions about our company and how we professionally help you to buy your new home. So the first meeting is designed to "get to know each other". By the end, we usually know if it makes sense to proceed further. If the answer is yes, we'll start sending you info on property that matches your criteria and will schedule inspection/s of suitable property.

Although we enjoy working with many people, we realise we only have so much time available. And since we promise to provide the best quality service you'll ever experience from a real estate company, we are selective in who we work with as clients. We simply want to be in a position to give you as much attention and time as you need as a client.
